We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the growing waterproofing market.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and property owners. Your expertise in sales and market development will help position MAXISEAL as the go-to partner for high-quality waterproofing systems in Bali’s booming construction sector.

Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities for waterproofing projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in Bali.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, developers, and government agencies.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the waterproofing sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met with tailored waterproofing solutions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Represent MAXISEAL at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A background in construction or civil engineering is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the construction, building materials, or waterproofing industry.
  • Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, construction practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is required; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
