Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distributors, and retail channels in Bali and beyond.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential partners and investors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent Veganlicious at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG or plant-based industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities and risks.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability, veganism, or health-conscious lifestyles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
