Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners, including life and non-life insurance companies, banks, and financial institutions to expand business reach.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership agreements that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities in Bali and beyond.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and financial projections to stakeholders and potential partners.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maximize mutual benefits.
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company KPIs and business objectives.
- Represent Golden Haven at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the insurance, financial services, or real estate sectors.
- Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess market opportunities and risks.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally for partnership meetings.
