Responsibility

  • Conduct door-to-door sales and proactive outreach to acquire new merchant partners in Bali.
  • Identify and target high-potential businesses to expand the company’s merchant network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Present product/service offerings effectively to potential merchants, highlighting value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales strategies for Bali’s diverse markets.
  • Document sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape (retail, hospitality, or F&B sectors is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to travel within Badung and surrounding areas for client meetings.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking software is advantageous.
