Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door sales and proactive outreach to acquire new merchant partners in Bali.
- Identify and target high-potential businesses to expand the company’s merchant network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Present product/service offerings effectively to potential merchants, highlighting value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales strategies for Bali’s diverse markets.
- Document sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape (retail, hospitality, or F&B sectors is a plus).
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to travel within Badung and surrounding areas for client meetings.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking software is advantageous.
