Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Food Packaging and FMCG sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and retailers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of packaging solutions and FMCG products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer demands.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to stay ahead of market shifts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in the Food Packaging, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
