In this role, you will be the driving force behind our user growth and merchant acquisition strategies. You will act as a key ambassador for our digital payment ecosystem, forging strategic partnerships and identifying high-potential market opportunities to increase transaction volume and brand presence. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase S PAY GLOBAL merchant adoption.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business stakeholders and merchants.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust growth tactics in the Kuching region.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Deep understanding of the digital payment or FinTech landscape in Malaysia.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a competitive market.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of local dialects is highly advantageous.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for local client visits.
