Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase S PAY GLOBAL merchant adoption.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business stakeholders and merchants.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust growth tactics in the Kuching region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Deep understanding of the digital payment or FinTech landscape in Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a competitive market.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of local dialects is highly advantageous.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for local client visits.
