Responsibility
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects, including malls, hypermarkets, and key retailers in Bali.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure long-term partnerships and distribution agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and value-driven engagement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies to maximize revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
- Proven track record of identifying prospects, pitching, and closing deals with large retailers or distributors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
