As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with malls, hypermarkets, and key retailers in dynamic locations like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and market expansion. You’ll leverage your strategic mindset and persuasive communication skills to pitch our premium confectionery products, negotiate deals, and close partnerships that fuel our brand’s growth in Bali’s competitive FMCG sector.

Responsibility

  • Prospect Identification: Research and identify high-potential retail partners, including malls, hypermarkets, and independent retailers in Bali.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage decision-makers with compelling value propositions.
  • Pitch & Negotiation: Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and distribution agreements.
  • Deal Closure: Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring timely and profitable partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and retail demand to refine business development strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic account expansion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or account management within the FMCG, retail, or food industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong track record of closing B2B deals and meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders.
  • Networking Ability: Demonstrated success in building and nurturing professional relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer behavior is a plus.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate complex negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
