Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s corporate, residential, and hospitality sectors to expand the client portfolio.
- Develop and present tailored security service proposals, including armed guard, unarmed guard, and executive protection solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of security services that meet client expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive advantage.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular reports and strategic insights to senior management.
- Represent In-Team Security at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the security or service industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the security industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices, is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
