Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand FiberHomeâs financial services portfolio in Indonesia and neighboring markets.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with banks, fintech startups, payment processors, and enterprise clients.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and revenue opportunities in the financial sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to design and launch tailored financial solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, government agencies, and industry regulators.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding annual sales targets and expanding the client base through proactive outreach and strategic alliances.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations to secure new business deals and partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure FiberHome remains at the forefront of financial innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the financial services, fintech, or telecom industries.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals and building long-term client relationships in Southeast Asia.
- Deep understanding of financial technology solutions, including digital payments, banking APIs, blockchain, or telecom-integrated financial services.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed to meet clients and partners.
