Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mechanical tubes market, with a focus on Southern Malaysia and other strategic regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics, and marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery processes.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback to senior management.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Prestar Precision Tube’s products and services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals that align with company objectives and profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical tubes sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in competitive industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within Southern Malaysia and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
