Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire new hospitality clients (hotels, villas, property management firms) across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel GMs, villa owners, and property managers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive opportunities, and potential partners in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to high-value prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements that align with company goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue targets using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s luxury hospitality market, including key players and service demands.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and work flexible hours as needed.
