Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in the F&B sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate sales, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the brand.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the F&B industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Knowledge of the Bali F&B market is a plus.
