Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s logistics and supply chain sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to nurture long-term business relationships.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
