Responsibility
- Identify and target potential industrial clients in Bali and surrounding regions to expand the company’s market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in environmental waste management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and solution-oriented approaches.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Pentas Flora’s waste management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the environmental or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of waste management solutions and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to ethical business practices.
