Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions, with a focus on high-growth sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, and hospitality.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and IT directors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor Experianâs solutions to client needs and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and client pain points.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for Experian and its clients.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the data analytics, SaaS, or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and the value of analytics in business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with global teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation platforms.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
