Responsibility

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform business strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and post-sales support for clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs to senior management.
  • Represent WildFyr at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote/hybrid setting.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams across cultures and time zones.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and digital/tech industries is highly desirable.
