Responsibility

  • Identify and evaluate potential new branch locations in Bali, conducting market research and feasibility studies to assess viability and growth potential.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to explore and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and service expansions.
  • Coordinate and oversee branch setup activities, including site selection, lease negotiations, interior design, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support sales development initiatives by working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, vendors, and community leaders, to facilitate smooth operations and business growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and threats, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and community engagement programs to enhance clinic visibility and reputation.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, sales growth, and branch performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
  • Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
