Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand company presence across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local businesses, startups, and enterprises
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Represent Widya Analytic at industry events, networking functions, and business forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client base
- Strong understanding of the Bali business landscape and local market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the tech, analytics, or digital solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies
