Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2+ years in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the local market (Bali/Indonesia) and ability to adapt to cultural nuances.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
