Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and express delivery sector across Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and business development progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
