Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in strategic channels, including enterprise clients, resellers, and distributors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
