Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the frozen food sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (F&B industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for local client visits.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
