Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business prospects within the industrial and healthcare sectors.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to tailor technical solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Conduct professional presentations and site assessments to demonstrate the value of Air Liquide’s product and service portfolio.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contract retention.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with corporate pricing and profitability goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of new projects from the sales phase to implementation and ongoing service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably within the industrial gases or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and a natural aptitude for technical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue growth targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
