Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing from inquiry to delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and technical teams) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote JESS Technologyâs products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels using CRM and ERP systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Knowledge of the industrial electronics or repair industry is an advantage but not required.
