Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing from inquiry to delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and technical teams) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote JESS Technology’s products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
