Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the training or consulting industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with the Bali business landscape and existing networks in the region is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
