Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company’s pharmaceutical market share in Indonesia and neighboring regions.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct in-depth market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, R&D) to align business development efforts with product launches and branding strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry leaders.
- Prepare and present business proposals, financial projections, and ROI analyses to senior management and potential partners.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotech industries.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing high-value deals or partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market in Indonesia, including regulatory requirements and distribution channels.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
