Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s North Area, including Canggu, Ubud, and surrounding regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
- Represent SSD GPS at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Knowledge of the local business landscape in Bali is highly advantageous.
