Responsibility
- Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline using our CRM software.
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth and service optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong desire for personal growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work full-time based in our Makati City office.
