Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market presence.
- Identify and qualify new business leads, building a robust pipeline for sustained revenue growth.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with overall company vision.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to keep Enforce Advisory ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective high-value clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-stakes deals effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
