Responsibility

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic business plans to expand Yili’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and partners.
  • Prepare and present reports on market trends, competitive analysis, and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with new and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and consumer preferences to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG or dairy industry is a plus.
