Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential strategic partners and clients to expand COCOGEN’s market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align partnership strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights for targeted business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new partnerships.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including revenue generation, account growth, and partnership ROI.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market data and client needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
