Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide expert knowledge on BMW models, features, and benefits.
- Conduct personalized product presentations and test drives.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to purchase.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on BMW's latest models, promotions, and industry trends.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
