Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the business center, providing professional assistance and resolving inquiries.
- Execute accurate cashiering duties, including processing bill payments, managing collections, and reconciling daily financial reports.
- Educate customers on various Converge service plans, features, and troubleshooting steps to enhance their digital experience.
- Manage customer account lifecycle, including processing new applications, service upgrades, and plan modifications.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing efficient, polite, and effective solutions to subscriber concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to escalate complex technical issues or billing disputes to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service center environment that adheres to company branding standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of completed college education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or a similar front-facing role; background in telecommunications is a plus.
- Strong numerical proficiency and experience with POS systems or cash handling procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask in a high-traffic retail environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, and web-based platforms).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, based on center operations.
