Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy throughout their healthcare journey.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to streamline clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze patient feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies to enhance patient retention, clinic efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and best practices in patient care and data management.
- Manage patient records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality, adhering to data protection standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote clinic services and engage with the local community through outreach programs.
- Handle escalated patient concerns or complaints with diplomacy, ensuring resolutions that align with company values and patient satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient care coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, medical staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with healthcare management software (e.g., EMR systems).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA), and best practices in medical administration.
