Responsibility
- Prepare, label, and dispense medications and medical supplies according to prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Calculate and compound medications as prescribed, maintaining precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions, consulting with healthcare providers as needed.
- Provide pharmaceutical care to inpatients, including medication counseling and monitoring for adverse effects.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of all dispensed medications and pharmaceutical interventions.
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, storing, and disposing of medications in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements, regulations, and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; valid pharmacist license in Indonesia.
- Proven experience as an inpatient pharmacist or in a clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and patient care standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
