Responsibility
- Support the development and execution of global marketing and business development campaigns, ensuring alignment with the firmâs strategic goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., legal, communications, and digital) to create compelling content for client proposals, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Assist in managing the firmâs digital presence, including website updates, social media engagement, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Organize and support virtual and in-person events, webinars, and client engagement activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track client interactions, pipeline opportunities, and marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI of marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design, branding, and content quality.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a remote, global team.
