Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for software-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Evaluate and recommend HRMS, Payroll, POS, CRM, ERP, or SaaS solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables align with business goals.
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for product enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting.
- Proven expertise in HRMS, Payroll, POS, CRM, ERP, or SaaS products.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, or data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
