Responsibility
- Architect & Develop: Design, customize, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to business needs, including workflows, entities, and automation.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Power Platform, Azure) using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for data security, access controls, and compliance with industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance, scalability, and user adoption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver user-friendly solutions.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Upgrades & Innovation: Stay ahead of Dynamics 365 updates, evaluating new features and recommending enhancements to drive efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and integration guides.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse.
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK/Web API.
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and SSIS/SSRS is a plus.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or similar are highly desired.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end CRM projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
