Responsibility
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and tax data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Develop and maintain dynamic performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to align reporting with business objectives.
- Conduct variance analysis and root-cause investigations to explain deviations from targets or benchmarks.
- Automate reporting processes using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks to provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies in all reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial reporting, or performance management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
