Responsibility
- Lead the analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Develop and implement strategic business solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery in manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, supply chain) to align business objectives with technological and process innovations.
- Oversee the design and execution of performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor operational and financial health.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and integrating new technologies (e.g., ERP, BI tools) to support scalable growth.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, SMK3, PEFC, Halal) and sustainability practices in all business processes.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, business cases, and ROI analyses to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and lead a team of business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or management consulting, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or sustainability-focused industries.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel).
- Strong understanding of international standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and sustainable business practices.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and process automation tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or PMP are highly desirable.
