Responsibility
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
- Support the mapping and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to management and project teams.
- Participate in project planning, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements.
- Contribute to stakeholder meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of business process modeling (BPMN) or UML diagrams is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is advantageous but not required.
