Responsibility
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the automotive aftermarket to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support the development of business cases, reports, and presentations for stakeholders using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-backed solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance dashboards for management review.
- Conduct market research to assess competitor strategies, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your understanding of business analysis and the automotive sector.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic understanding of business analysis frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, process mapping).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or aftermarket sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
