Responsibility
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for HR system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to document workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and vendors.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future HR systems, recommending scalable solutions.
- Support system testing, UAT coordination, and change management initiatives.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users on new HR technologies.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR systems or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., payroll, recruitment, performance management).
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for documentation and project tracking.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, or HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to optimize HR workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
