Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for digital improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for digital transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed business process models, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze data trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of digital solutions, including ERP, CRM, and automation tools.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or IT projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Experience with business process modeling (BPMN) and requirements gathering techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a remote or hybrid setting.
