Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the ICT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
