Responsibility
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications for system development and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to refine solutions before deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or solution design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
