Responsibility
- Assist the PMD Head in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to ensure clear communication and accountability.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) to track project milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and present reports on project performance, including financials, timelines, and key metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project management, coordination, or a related role (internships count!).
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Canggu, Bali, and travel occasionally as needed.
