Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms.
- Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and AI-enabled solutions, recommending improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and present AI solution proposals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Document technical and functional specifications, user guides, and training materials for AI implementations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices in techno-functional analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions.
- Proven experience in techno-functional roles, bridging technical and business domains.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, NLP, or computer vision).
- Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and gap analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Certifications in AI, business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA), or related fields are a plus.
