Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects within the Fintech sector, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and senior management, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation of trading platforms, retail wealth management systems, and investment banking solutions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Project Management roles, with at least 4 years in Fintech, Trading Vendors, Retail Wealth Management, or Investment Banking.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Fintech technologies, including trading platforms, payment systems, and wealth management solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
- Ability to start immediately and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with risk management and compliance in the financial sector is highly desirable.
